Your body – your responsibility for healing

Everyone is instructed on how to perform the abdominal massage on themselves. By doing this consistently (preferably daily) it provides everyone with the ability to improve their health while working closely with me. The belly rubs are just part of the process.

Depending on the severity of the problem, it may take as little as one session and as long as many months for your inner balance to be restored and possibly your uterine position to be corrected. Ligaments must gain enough strength and elasticity for it to stay in place.

Three sessions are usually the minimum. The home based self care is also effective for the ongoing health regime for all digestive and reproductive conditions. Most find that they experience a rapid improvement in their quality of life/sense of well being when they take charge of their self care regularly.
